The Main Residence is a traditional 3-Bedroom, 2-Bedroom House located on the ocean side of the property, offering panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. It can be rented individually per room, or as a complete vacation villa.

Aruba is located in the heart of the southern Caribbean, about 27 km north of the Paraguana Peninsula, Venezuela. It takes about two-and-a-half hours by air from Miami, Florida and within easy flying distance of other U.S. cities.
Ocean 105 is one of the very few vacation properties located right on the ocean, meaning no walking across any streets to get to the beach! Two mini beaches are steps away from the complex.

* Ocean 105 is a smoke-free facility: smoking inside the Apartments and Main Residence is not permitted. However, you can smoke in all outdoor spaces on property.

* All apartments are fully air conditioned, tastefully decorated, and feature sofa beds in the living room, full-sized modern kitchens, a shared tropical courtyard area and spectacular ocean views from the 2nd floor balcony.
* Each air-conditioned apartment is approximately 600 square feet and features 2 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-sized modern kitchen, a spacious living room, and a patio area. Two of the Apartment Villas boast magnificent Ocean Views, and the Garden View Apartment Villas open up onto the lush tropical garden.
