The standard rooms at the 9 Muses hotel consist of one bedroom with a queen size bed or two twin beds, a bathroom and a balcony with a pool, garden, mountain or ocean view. Our studio apartments are similar in layout but with more space, a larger bedroom and a larger bathroom. Studios also include a kitchen facility. All rooms come equipped with television, telephone, air conditioning, safe deposit boxes (available for hire) and a refrigerator.
The 9 Muses Suites are 2 floor apartments. The master bedroom has a private bathroom that includes a Jacuzzi. The first floor consists of a living room, second bathroom with a shower and kitchen facilities. The balcony or patio has a garden, mountain, pool or ocean view. The two-bedroom apartment is made up of two bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, kitchen facilities and a large balcony with a garden view. Both types of rooms have air conditioning units on each floor.
Hotel facilities include two pools with sun decks and snack bars (main pool with Jacuzzi for hydro massage), children's pool, satellite TV at Vesta bar (showing all major sporting events), boutique and souvenir shop.

The 9 Muses hotel is located in Skala beach, Kefalonia, one of Greece's largest islands, Kefalonia has dramatic scenery combining mountain and sea, and once was voted 10th in a world scenic beauty league. Skala beach is situated in the southernmost tip of the island. Filled with bars, restaurants, taverns, clubs and gift shops, along with daytime activities such as scuba diving, water sports and boating, Skala offers something for everyone.
Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia, is 37 km away and is definitely worth a day trip. An afternoon walk on the "lithostroto" makes for great shopping and relaxing cafés.
Kefalonia's two caves, Drogarati and Melissani, have taken thousands of years to form. The multi-colored stalactites and stalagmites are a visit sure to remember.
The beautiful monastery of St.Gerasimos is a must see. Close by, the old church, which is built above the tomb and cave where the Saint lived, holds the Saint's relics. Further north the village of Fiscardo is a recommended trip for our visitors. This Venetian style town is known for its pretty harbor filled with fishing boats, luxury yachts and daily cruisers.
Mytros beach is the trademark of Kefalonia and is considered the most beautiful beach on Ionian Sea. Located north of Argostoli, this impressive beach has fine, golden sand and wonderful turquoise waters. The whole beach is surrounded by majestic rocky cliffs and is the most photographed beach in Greece. It attracts thousands of visitors every summer
