* Obviously, the 1-storey bungalows are significantly bigger, offering 2 bedrooms, dining and living areas.
* The rooms here do come at a premium, perhaps due to the seclusion it offers. Not to mention the units are generally well-appointed with plush finishes and modern amenities.
* All units are equipped with air-conditioner, attached bathroom and TV.
