Renovated in 2008, this mansion was converted into a charming hotel in around 1883 and now comprises a total of 26 rooms over 3 floors. The lateral façade was totally rebuilt in the 19th century, highlighting the balconies which are in neoclassical style. Because of the historical and architectural value of the building, it has been added to the UNESCO list of historic monuments and is a World Heritage Site.

Mansion Real Morelia Hotel & Suites is located in the heart of the historic centre of the city of Morelia, a few minutes from the cathedral, the Plaza de Armas, museums and major banks. Guests will find shops in the immediate vicinity. The convention centre and the zoo are 15 minutes' walk away and it is 20 minutes on foot to the Casa de Cultura. Patzcuaro is 40 minutes' drive and the beach at Ixtapa is 2 hours and 10 minutes away by car. The central bus station is a 25-minute ride away on public transport and Morelia International Airport is just 35 km away.
