Some have two floor levels with a second sleeping area in an open loft above, and a small, furnished kitchenette. All have air-conditioning or ceiling fans, a fully appointed bathroom complete with hot-water shower and a bidet, a spacious balcony or porch with an ocean or garden view and fully opening glass doors to take advantage of the trade wind's natural ventilation. Varying with the floor plan's sleeping arrangements, the apartments can accommodate up to six persons and ideal for families or small groups.
