The history of the hotel dates back to 1911, when the Swimming Consortium Jadran was established in Suak, while the long-lasting life of this littoral hotel commenced on 28 June 1914.
The hotel capacity was enlarged in 1964 by building two additional floors, while the reconstruction in the period from September 2004 until November 2005 provided the hotel with the level of quality sufficient to meet the four stars standard.
