Il Granduca hotel is located in a very quiet area, and was preferred at the beginning of the 19th century until our days, by intellectuals and artists. We stayed in this small family owned hotel over week last August 2005. The staff is helpful and polite, but the room was a little dissapointment. Toilet + shower area was about 1,5 x 1,5 m. There wasn't separate shower so each time you took a shower you wash...
