I have just returned from 4 days at Hotel Reykjavik and I thought it was fantastic!!! Our room was lovely and modern, the staff were brilliant and we were in easy reach of the city centre. I would recommend it to anyone - a gem!!!

Spent four days. Quiet hotel, small room, well heated, a bit claustrophobic and not terribly attractive, but relatively inexpensive (compared to everywhere else). Prime location means you won't be spending much time there anyway. Everything downtown is walking...
